ODAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ODAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36A. Each is linked with ODAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODAM-to-partner and partner-to-ODAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL36A grouped by ODAM-low versus ODAM-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
