Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCSTAMP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCSTAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, 14-3-3_beta, and FoxM1. Each is linked with OCSTAMP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCSTAMP-to-partner and partner-to-OCSTAMP results are reported.
