Across TCGA cell cohorts, OCSTAMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 378 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCSTAMP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation of D-glucose import across plasma membrane, and Interleukin-1-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with OCSTAMP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCSTAMP-to-partner and partner-to-OCSTAMP results are reported.
