OCSTAMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OCSTAMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCSTAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP2-4, OOSP4A, and CACNG5. Each is linked with OCSTAMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCSTAMP-to-partner and partner-to-OCSTAMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP2-4 grouped by OCSTAMP-low versus OCSTAMP-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCSTAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCSTAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
