OCRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OCRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTOP1, IDI2, and NXPE4. Each is linked with OCRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCRL-to-partner and partner-to-OCRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OTOP1 grouped by OCRL-low versus OCRL-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
