OCM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,118 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF3E, RPL3, and PLAC9. Each is linked with OCM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCM-to-partner and partner-to-OCM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OCM versus EIF3E in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCM→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
