Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OCM-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM4, ARMC6, and MRPS7. Each is linked with OCM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCM-to-partner and partner-to-OCM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OCM versus MCM4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.78.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCM→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
