Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OCM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP408, PGBD4P2, and TMEM225. Each is linked with OCM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCM-to-partner and partner-to-OCM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP408 grouped by OCM-low versus OCM-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCM→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
