Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCM mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLP. Each is linked with OCM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCM-to-partner and partner-to-OCM results are reported.
