OCEL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCEL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,288 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGLS, BABAM1, and MVB12A. Each is linked with OCEL1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCEL1-to-partner and partner-to-OCEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OCEL1 versus PGLS in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
