OCEL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD6-6, RPS17P15, and RNU6-787P. Each is linked with OCEL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCEL1-to-partner and partner-to-OCEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD6-6 grouped by OCEL1-low versus OCEL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
