Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tem. Each is linked with OCEL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCEL1-to-partner and partner-to-OCEL1 results are reported.
