Across TCGA cell cohorts, OCEL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,660 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCEL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid oxidation, Lipid oxidation, and Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with OCEL1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCEL1-to-partner and partner-to-OCEL1 results are reported.
