OCEL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OCEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN2, ITGAD, and ACSM6. Each is linked with OCEL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCEL1-to-partner and partner-to-OCEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCN2 grouped by OCEL1-low versus OCEL1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
