OBSCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OBSCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,686 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBSCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDE2, HIBADH, and FHL3. Each is linked with OBSCN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBSCN-to-partner and partner-to-OBSCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDE2 grouped by OBSCN-low versus OBSCN-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBSCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBSCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
