OBP2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBP2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRG2, TERF1P6, and RNVU1-2A. Each is linked with OBP2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBP2B-to-partner and partner-to-OBP2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FRG2 grouped by OBP2B-low versus OBP2B-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
