Across TCGA cell cohorts, OBP2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1C2, OR10K1, and OR10K2. Each is linked with OBP2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBP2B-to-partner and partner-to-OBP2B results are reported.
