OBP2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBP2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,061 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-28, RNU1-17P, and RNU6-1. Each is linked with OBP2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBP2A-to-partner and partner-to-OBP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-28 grouped by OBP2A-low versus OBP2A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
