OAZ3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAZ3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 291 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAZ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFER, NOP10, and CLPP. Each is linked with OAZ3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAZ3-to-partner and partner-to-OAZ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFER grouped by OAZ3-low versus OAZ3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAZ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAZ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
