OAZ3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAZ3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAZ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha_pS118, p62 Lck ligand, and HER3. Each is linked with OAZ3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAZ3-to-partner and partner-to-OAZ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha_pS118 grouped by OAZ3-low versus OAZ3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAZ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAZ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
