Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAZ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,494 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAT3, SORCS3, and MCF2. Each is linked with OAZ1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAZ1-to-partner and partner-to-OAZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAT3 grouped by OAZ1-low versus OAZ1-high in UCEC.
