OAZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC2P8, RNU6-17P, and RNU7-110P. Each is linked with OAZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAZ1-to-partner and partner-to-OAZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC2P8 grouped by OAZ1-low versus OAZ1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
