Across TCGA cell cohorts, OAZ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,474 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAZ1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Cytoplasm protein quality control, and Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with OAZ1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAZ1-to-partner and partner-to-OAZ1 results are reported.
