OAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,063 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLRX3, SLK, and PLEKHA1. Each is linked with OAT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAT-to-partner and partner-to-OAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OAT versus GLRX3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
