Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,475 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHPP, DOCK8, and GPR65. Each is linked with OAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAT-to-partner and partner-to-OAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OAT versus LHPP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
