Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,969 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ALDH18A1, GRPEL1, and MCAT. Each is linked with OAT in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAT-to-partner and partner-to-OAT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OAT versus ALDH18A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
