OAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,737 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-5, RNU6-909P, and MFSD14C. Each is linked with OAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAT-to-partner and partner-to-OAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-5 grouped by OAT-low versus OAT-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
