Across TCGA cell cohorts, OAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,235 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-proline biosynthetic process, L-proline metabolic process, and L-arginine catabolic process. Each is linked with OAT in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAT-to-partner and partner-to-OAT results are reported.
