Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OASL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,001 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OASL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XAF1, NMI, and OAS2. Each is linked with OASL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OASL-to-partner and partner-to-OASL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OASL versus XAF1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OASL→partner) and Y-score (partner→OASL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
