Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OASL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,596 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OASL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETV7, OAS2, and IFIH1. Each is linked with OASL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OASL-to-partner and partner-to-OASL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OASL versus ETV7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OASL→partner) and Y-score (partner→OASL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
