Across TCGA patient cohorts, OASL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,801 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OASL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, SNORD114-18, and SNORD114-22. Each is linked with OASL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OASL-to-partner and partner-to-OASL results are reported.
