Across TCGA cell cohorts, OASL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OASL-associated genes across cancer lineages are EVX2, CCDC60, and SPINK8. Each is linked with OASL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OASL-to-partner and partner-to-OASL results are reported.
