OAS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,411 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX58, EIF2AK2, and HELZ2. Each is linked with OAS3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAS3-to-partner and partner-to-OAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OAS3 versus DDX58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
