Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, Smad4, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with OAS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAS3-to-partner and partner-to-OAS3 results are reported.
