OAS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,210 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH6, DNAH8, and KIF2B. Each is linked with OAS3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAS3-to-partner and partner-to-OAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAH6 grouped by OAS3-low versus OAS3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
