OAS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,253 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF2AK2, IFIH1_S301, and IFIT1. Each is linked with OAS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAS1-to-partner and partner-to-OAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OAS1 versus EIF2AK2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
