Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,245 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OAS3, OAS2, and STAT1. Each is linked with OAS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAS1-to-partner and partner-to-OAS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OAS1 versus OAS3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
