Across TCGA cell cohorts, OAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF2, GJA10, and TEX55. Each is linked with OAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAS1-to-partner and partner-to-OAS1 results are reported.
