OAF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,652 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, HIC1_S237, and PXN. Each is linked with OAF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAF-to-partner and partner-to-OAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
