Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NYX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 388 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NYX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-949P, MIR6754, and MRPS21P7. Each is linked with NYX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NYX-to-partner and partner-to-NYX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NYX→partner) and Y-score (partner→NYX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
