NXT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,611 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVR2B-AS1, GAMT, and CYP4Z2P. Each is linked with NXT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXT2-to-partner and partner-to-NXT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXT2 versus ACVR2B-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
