NXT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,425 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B2, HIC1_S237, and TRMT61A. Each is linked with NXT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXT2-to-partner and partner-to-NXT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXT2 versus SF3B2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
