NXT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPY2DP, LINC02559, and RPS12P15. Each is linked with NXT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXT1-to-partner and partner-to-NXT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPY2DP grouped by NXT1-low versus NXT1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
