NXPH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,063 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTSE1, FOXM1, and RNY4P14. Each is linked with NXPH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXPH2-to-partner and partner-to-NXPH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTSE1 grouped by NXPH2-low versus NXPH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
