NXPE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXPE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,845 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXPE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNM1, MAP1A, and CTNNA1. Each is linked with NXPE3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXPE3-to-partner and partner-to-NXPE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXPE3 versus DNM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXPE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXPE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
