Across TCGA cell cohorts, NXPE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,362 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXPE3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cilium assembly, Protein localization to nucleus, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with NXPE3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXPE3-to-partner and partner-to-NXPE3 results are reported.
