NXPE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXPE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,253 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXPE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AURKB, HMCES, and AP3M1. Each is linked with NXPE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXPE1-to-partner and partner-to-NXPE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AURKB grouped by NXPE1-low versus NXPE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXPE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXPE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
