NXNL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXNL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 626 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXNL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ2, UACA, and SNTG1. Each is linked with NXNL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXNL2-to-partner and partner-to-NXNL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXNL2 versus H2AZ2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXNL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXNL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
