Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NXN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NXN data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher NXN Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NXN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where NXN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
