NXN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NXN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,292 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NXN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, FAP, and MRC2. Each is linked with NXN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NXN-to-partner and partner-to-NXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NXN versus PTK7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
